A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are typically $100, though can be more if booking a full day; the deposit instructions e-mailed to you upon booking will have the required amount listed.

Deposits are payable via e-transfer or in person at the shop, and are due within 48 hours of selecting your appointment slot. Failure to provide proof of deposit will result in the spot being put back up for grabs and becomes bookable to others.

Deposits can become forfeit under these circumstances:

-you show up more than 15 minutes late (without warning). Showing up or expecting to be 30 minutes late automatically voids your deposit (extreme circumstances are of course considered) and risks losing your appointment altogether.

-major revisions are made to the design. Minor changes are of course no problem, but multiple major changes or a complete change in the concept will result in your deposit being forfeit. Please read the drawing policies section for more!

-reschedules less than 48 hrs before your appointment are automatically grounds for forfeiture (emergencies excluded. Please be honest!

-deposits include 1 reschedule. Rescheduling a second time will require an additional $100 deposit (which will be added to the original once placed). Requesting a 3rd reschedule will result in the entire deposit being lost, and may cause your appointment to be cancelled completely.

-coming to your appointment sunburnt. Tattoos cannot be done over a sunburn, and you will be sent home.

-showing up and omitting you are sick or pregnant. You will unfortunately be sent home and your deposit will be lost.

-coming to the appointment with a child. Please respect the studio is strictly an 18+ space. Having them wait outside will not be allowed, as their safety is important to us and we do not want to be liable.
